Whether as a player or coach, Glen has never been far from the pulse of international rugby. Glen represented Australia in four Test matches between 1982 -1985 and NSW on numerous occasions. Glen was first appointed Assistant Coach of the Wallabies in 1994 and returned to this instrumental role in 2000.

In addition to his duties with the Wallabies, Glen coached the Australian Sevens team throughout a highly successful 2001 international series and again in 2005-2007. During 1998-2000, Glen was also Technical Advisor to the ACT Brumbies.  Glen has recently joined the Canadian international coaching team for Rugby World Cup 2007.

EME sees Glen fulfilling a dream of working with his brothers and applying his skills to a diverse range of projects. Having worked with athletes across all ages groups, Glen knows exceptional talent when he sees it and knows what is required to get to the top.

A strategic marketer with over 25 years experience, Rob Horton is regarded as one of Australia’s leading sports and promotional marketers. His expertise encompasses above and below the line disciplines which provides a solid base for the agency. These skills and experience enable Horton Ella Group to look at the total sphere of opportunities that promotions, competitions, retailer/consumer incentives, premiums and event staging and management offer. Rob currently lectures in marketing studies at a tertiary level.

Mark Ella is synonymous with excellence in the arena of sports, cultural development and business. A Young Australian of the Year, Mark is a working journalist for leading newspapers and magazines, a member of the Board for Rio Tinto Aboriginal Sports Foundation and Telstra Stadium and is director of all HEG companies. Mark continues to be involved in rugby through senior coaching consultancies both domestically and internationally. His opinions continue to influence Australians and in recent years, historians, journalists and biographers have elevated his status to Australian icon.
