Inside Running Recruitment is a rugby agency specialising in the global placement and transfer of talented rugby Players and Coaches.

We were established in New Zealand in 2003 to eliminate the many risks plaguing the rugby recruitment industry. We established an Australian office in October 2004 to provide a player recruitment service to clubs across Australia. Our aim is to provide a professional and comprehensive service to all Players and Clubs.

As rugby is increasingly becoming a global game, Inside Running Recruitment is at the forefront of the industry, breaching the gap between Players and Clubs.

We make this goal a reality by having Inside Running agents located in our three major markets; New Zealand; Australia and the United Kingdom. In addition to this we deal with a number of trusted sources in other important rugby markets.
