Inside Running Recruitment offers a unique service to Australian based rugby players by sourcing them rugby playing opportunities both overseas and within Australia.

We have an extensive network of contacts overseas and deal with over 500 rugby clubs in 14 countries around the world.  Our key markets are New Zealand, Australia, UK, Ireland, France and Italy.

Our service includes:

• Generation of a players rugby CV (as per details provided in your registration).
• Marketing of players to clubs that meet with the player’s level of experience and requirements.
• Drafting of contracts between club and player to ensure that both parties understand their obligations.
• Assistance with player departure preparation including flights bookings, visa assistance, IRB clearance and where possible the setting up of overseas bank accounts.

Our player criteria:
The clubs that we deal with expect quality players who lead by example, exhibit core skills in relation to their position, and above all else handle themselves well on and off the field.

Players must have played to a minimum of standard of:

• Sydney or Brisbane club 2nd Grade Standard;
• ACT or WA club 1st Grade Standard; or
• In all other regions a strong history of representative football.
