We provide access to first class facilities at the Inside Running Academy which include:
| The Hanger The Hanger is the indoor training facility and gym at Baypark which is the home of the Steamers NPC team. The Hanger is used for all testing, gym sessions, and some indoor skill training and cardio fitness sessions. |

| Tauranga Domain Tauranga Domain has three full rugby fields and a first class athletics track. Tauranga Domain is the base for the majority of the outdoor training sessions for the Inside Running Academy. |

| Mount Maunganui Mount Maunganui is a natural training environment which provides us with the opportunity to use the beach and mountain terrain for varied training. |

| Baywave Baywave is the indoor pools complex that we use for pool recovery sessions prior to testing. This is a state of the art facility including lap pools, sauna, steam room, spa pools and gym. |

| Tauranga Sports Clubhouse The Tauranga Sports Clubhouse located at Tauranga Domain is the focal point of the academy. All meals are served at the Clubhouse, yoga and massage takes place at the academy. We also provide broadband internet access and other activities for the players at the Clubhouse. |
