TERMS OF TRADE

We have developed our terms of trade since the inception of Inside Running in 2003.  Our terms of trade are designed to act as a level of protection for both parties, and ensure that both parties understand their obligations.

Recruitment fees are due and payable immediately upon the Players arrival. You will receive our invoice by email on the same date.

Our Guarantee — We offer a six week probation/guarantee period. We offer a refund or credit of our recruitment fee under the following situations:

• The Player proves not to be first team standard at the conclusion of the six week period;
• The Player arrives with an injury that was not disclosed to the Club which will materially affect the players ability to carry out his playing obligations; or
• The Player leaves the Club within the first six week period without adhering to the agreed disputes resolution process.

Please note: The Club must notify Inside Running within the six week probation period if any of our Guarantee terms outlined above are applicable.

Recruitment fees are due and payable in the event that the Club initiates a contract (not an offer) with a Player, but then withdraws from the contractual arrangement.

Inside Running is not liable for any costs incurred by the Club in the way of flights, accommodation or any other costs associated with the recruitment of a Player after a Players arrival. These costs are at the risk of the Club.

Inside Running is liable for the costs of flights paid by the Club in the event that:

• The Player is denied entry by immigration authorities; or
• The Player fails to board the flight.

Inside Running will then seek reimbursement of expenditure from the Player.
