London based Club.
Requirements for 2012/13 season:
2 props - ideally one tight head and one loose head. Good in set piece but able to play our style of fast rugby.
1 hooker
2 second rows - Big ball carrying players. Its a plus if they can play back row as well but not essential.
1 back row - Either 6 or 8. Big ball carrying player
1 centre
2 back three players - wing and full back required. Bonus if they can goal kick and play other positions.
We are able to offer the following:
NO FLIGHTS OR ACCOMMODATION
- Retainers - these vary depending on the player
- Performance match fee - vary again based on the player (based on points we get for each game e.g. full match fee for 5 point win, 80% match fee for 4 point win, 60% for 3 points etc)
- Away fee on top of performance match fee. This is for away games only and is a fixed fee.
- Gym membership. We have gym on site that players only get access to. We have conditioning coach who works with players before training on Tuesday and Thursday nights and sends out specific programmes to that player based on requirements agreed by player and coaching staff.
- May be some opportunities to coach on Sunday or midweek and earn a bit more money.
