Inside Running Recruitment provides three key service areas to its client Clubs around the world:
We are widely recognised as the market leader in this area. Managed from our New Zealand office, we source Players from within our major markets for placement with Clubs anywhere in the world seeking foreign Players to add value.
We provide local Player recruitment services to Clubs in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom/Ireland and USA through our representatives on the ground within these markets.
Netherlands/Germany/Belgium/Switzerland through our representatives on the ground within these markets. This is an area of real growth and opportunity for our business and our client Clubs.
We provide consultancy services to Clubs in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom/Ireland and the USA/Canada through our representatives on the ground within these markets.
OUR POINTS OF DIFFERENCE What makes us different to other agents?
We have agents based in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, USA & Canada, as well as part-time agents based in key European markets. This provides a high level of security for our clients and ensures the arrangement runs as smoothly as possible.
We understand the comparable level of rugby around the world. We understand the ability of our Players and the level of our Clubs and we take into consideration their objectives behind recruiting Players.
Unlike many of our competitors, our fees are payable upon Player arrival, not in advance. Our fees are competitive and reflect our service.
We give Clubs a six week period to assess a Player after his arrival. Should the Player not be up to first team standard, our fees are either refunded or credited to the Club. The Club must notify us of this during the six week probationary period.

We match players to clubs/unions – depending on their requirements and style of play, their strengths and weaknesses and their aspirations and objectives for seeking a contract. This ensures that both parties get the most out of the arrangement. We deal with over 500 clubs in ten countries around the world. This ensures that we are able to secure playing opportunities for players with varying preferences.
We assist the player with all aspects of commencing a new contract. This includes (where applicable) the preparation of a comprehensive rugby CV, drafting of a simple contract between club and player, visa applications, airfares, overseas bank accounts, travel insurance and IRB clearance.
Based in our three key club and player markets; New Zealand; Australia and the United Kingdom, as well as part-time agents in other key markets. This provides a high level of security for our clients and ensures the arrangement runs as smoothly as possible.

The market for coaches is vastly different to the market for players, in that for every paid coaching position around the world there are a huge number of suitably qualified applicants. Our service for coaches revolves around keeping coaches informed of vacancies as they come to hand and instructing them as to how they can apply.
